October where did you go?!

I just can’t keep up with how quickly time is passing especially when there is more festive fun to have, and I can’t be the only one! Although the world around me is suddenly starting to shift to Christmas I think I’ll enjoy and being thankful for Fall just a bit longer.

This season Brandon and I had road trips planned and apples to bob for but financially we had to opt out but that happens to all of us. Definitely looking forward to next year, I’ve already got tons planned! This October we enjoyed pumpkin patch outings and Halloween Train rides with friends, warm apple cider, pumpkin carving, Halloween movies, and Halloween fun where I decided to take on 3 fun unique costumes!

LESLIE KNOPE

If you haven’t seen Parks and Rec you’re missing out! Brandon and I went as Leslie Knope and Ben Wyatt for a Halloween party with matching hand made 2020 buttons! Off to my next park project.

HERMIONE/HOGWARTS STUDENT

Those who know me know I’m obsessed with Harry Potter and have been since I was 7. I got to live out a small dream of mine pretending I was on the Hogwarts Express traveling through the Scottish wilderness! Luckily it was a Halloween themed train ride and I found 2 fellow Gryffindor’s and a Slytherin!

WITCH

As I mentioned in my recent blog post The Witching Hour it had to take advantage of some recent fog we had and it did not disappoint! I mean who doesn’t like to pretend they’re levitating?!
