January's & Smoothies

I'll be the first to say that January's always make me feel restless as I await the warmth of Spring. It's too cold to go outside and hike, and the lack of funds following Christmas make it difficult to spend on adventures.

But the beginning of the year calls for that fresh start, especially for myself from all the heavy holiday eating that has been had. With that said I'm sharing 4 of my favorite smoothie recipes!

Personally I like to add my multivitamin to my smoothie before blending because I have a sensitive stomach when it comes to multivitamins.

  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon PB2 (dry peanut butter powder)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup GoodBelly Blueberry Acai Probiotic juice
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 package Raider Farms Fresh Start Sunrise Refresh Fusion with blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, kale, and spinach (these are great when you're in a rush but still want to be healthy! You can always go with fresh products as well!)

  • 1 cup organic carrot juice or carrot fruit juice
  • 1/2 cup peach and mango coconut water
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 package Raider Farms Fresh Start Morning Vitality Fusion with mango, nectarine, sweet potato, and carrot

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup blueberries fresh or frozen

These are all delicious! They are generally filling but if you need a bit more an extra scoop of protein powder or a scoop of chia seeds or flax seed will help do the trick!
