A Guide to Quarantine and Chill

These are unknown times where many of us are experiencing anxiety and fear globally, yet if you’re in either self-quarantine or forced quarantine don’t you worry because I have you covered. As a natural introvert, especially since I work from home I’ve culminated some fun ideas to keep you from going stir crazy!

  • Read a new book you’ve been dying to read

  • Learn a new language

  • Start Spring cleaning

  • Feng Shui your home

  • Practice yoga and/or meditation when feeling anxious

  • Get daily tasks done that you never have the chance to get to

  • Create that healthy routine either daily, nightly or even a skin care routine

  • Catch up shows and movies you’ve been wanting to watch or

  • Grab your favorite snacks, build a fort and have a movie marathon

  • Plan future Spring or Summer trips

  • Have a home spa day

  • Try cooking or baking a new dish

  • Take an online class to learn a new skill like on Skillshare

  • Create a playlist and dance the troubles away

  • Create a at home workout routine

  • Play board games or video games

  • Get outside for a walk or hit up your local park
